Jemma is the Director of IT Accessibility with Technology Solutions at the University of Illinois - Chicago campus.

Jemma offers leadership in strategic direction and service delivery for digital accessibility in higher education. Her role involves navigating the convergence of digital accessibility engineering, disability inclusion, and compliance with legal requirements. As the editor and co-chair, she leads the W3C Accessible Rich Internet Application (ARIA) Authoring Practice Guide Task Force.
