Sal Belahi

I am the Associate Director for IT Operations for Engineering IT Shared Services serving the Grainger College of Engineering. Within my division we have our User Services, Infrastructure and AV Services teams who provide a wide range of services to the faculty, staff and students within the college. I’ve worked in IT across a variety of disciplines since 2005.  I am a 2017 graduate of the Manager Dev program and I’ve continued my relentless pursuit of self-development and mastery by recently completing the MOR BTAA Leadership program in 2022.

I’m a firm believer that you learn more about yourself by teaching and developing others and as such, I was very interested in becoming a coach for manager dev. I find it immensely satisfying to help guide and coach others on their journey, whether they are heading into management or pursuing other career paths. Completing Manager Dev in 2017 gave me the tools I needed to become a stronger leaders and it is my hope that I can help others do the same.
